Great Customer Service and Location
I recently stayed at a hotel in the heart of the city. The hotel staff was very kind and helpful during our whole stay. The hotel has an excellent location with many shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby. The wireless internet access was strong and efficient, allowing us to stay connected with friends and family.
Our room was located on a busy road, so there was quite a bit of noise from the street, especially at night. We had a hard time sleeping because of the noise, and it really affected our overall experience. However, if you're looking for a hotel with great customer service and an excellent location, this could still be the right choice for you. Just make sure to request a quiet room.

Good reception and comfortable beds. Close proximity to a restaurant owned by the hotel owner. Help from the owner in finding parking. Beautiful view during the night.

This hotel’s location is very convenient as it is just a short walk from all the major attractions. the rooms are very clean and comfortable, with well-equipped bathrooms. the staff are friendly and always willing to help with any request. the hotel offers a delicious breakfast with various options to choose from.
The downside of this hotel is that during the night, it can be noisy due to the street noise.

What a fantastic stay we had in Shkoder! The hotel was perfectly located in the city center, which made it easy to get to many of the tourist sites. The staff was very warm and welcoming, making our check-in process a breeze. We were thrilled to see that the room was equipped with air conditioning and a reliable Wi-Fi connection. Plus, the room was impeccably clean, with fresh linens and towels provided daily.
Our room was quite noisy due to the traffic passing by outside. We had trouble sleeping at night with all of the commotion.
